This Chinook Salmon is at home in a forest of Bull Kelp. It waits in hiding to ambush prey. It hides from larger predators, such as orcas and seals.
The salmon and intricate weave of kelp are carved in soapstone. Overall dimensions are 29” x 15” x 12”.
