The River Otter is not limited to rivers. It also lives in salt water along the coast line.
This otter is carved in dark soapstone with a sandstone base. The sandstone has a dry patch on the surface and the tide is rising around it.
This sculpture has a home in southwestern Ontario. The overall dimensions are 12” x 8” x 6”.
